All standard items sold through this site are eligible for return for up to 30 days after purchase. Please get in touch using the contact form and return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition it was sent out.

Once your return has been checked, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, which should appear in your account within a few days.

Shipping

Unfortunately, shipping costs are nonrefundable and returned items will be at the cost of the customer. 

Custom Items

For custom items, we will always endeavour to meet all your requirements via mutual agreement prior to processing your order. Once processed, custom requests are nonrefundable.
